After receiving the email, our salesman sunny contacted the customer on WhatsApp. sunny learned that the customer is the owner of a plastic recycling factory. After 5 years of development, the scale of business involved in the customer has also expanded. Therefore, the customer wanted a plastic waste crushing machine to help him better handle his waste plastic products. Through communication, the customer wanted to shred plastic bottles and plastic film.
The customer placed an order
Sunny told the customer that two different plastic shredders were needed to process the plastic film and plastic bottles. One shredder could not complete this task.
