Application of plastic Pellets

Packaging film
The materials of packing film include PE, PVC, PP, EVA, PVDC, PA, pet, and various composite films. After sorting and cleaning, the single layer packing film can be directly made into plastic products like agricultural film or made into various products after granulation. The recycling of composite films and films made of plastic, paper, aluminum foil, and other materials is more complicated. Multilayer plastic composite films include pe/pp, PE/EVA/PE, and pp/PVC.
Before recycling, we should separate the different materials first. At this time, many manufacturers use the solvent separation method to do it. The separation equipment is a chromium-plated hollow barrel with electric heating. A hollow cylinder with blades is installed in the barrel. The charging cylinder and the hollow cylinder rotate in the opposite direction. The paper plastic mixture is discharged from the lower part of the barrel after the heated plastic is melted in the barrel. Finally, the air in the hollow cylinder takes away the exhaust gas.
PET film
In the plastic industry, PET is the main material for making the film and plastic bottles. After being crushed and cleaned by a plastic crusher, the film can be used for packing, decoration, capacitor insulation, etc. Pet is widely used in fibers. Leftovers from PET film and fiber production plants can be used to make polyester/epoxy powder coatings. Generally, these leftovers have a relative molecular weight of about 20000 and a melting point of more than 260 degrees. They form a single linear pet. PET industrial waste can also be used to make hot melt adhesives for the bonding of flexible materials, such as cloth, leather, paper, plastic, aluminum, and other materials.
