Malaysian Customer Ordered Two EPS Foam Compactors

In September 2022, Malaysian customers ordered two new eps foam compactors from our company. At present, the customer has received the goods and put them into production.

Why do customers buy eps foam compactor?

According to the customer, he and his friend set up an eps recycling plant in partnership. Because there are many problems with the machine currently in use, he wants to buy a new machine to help him resume production.

Communication process

Tina, our sales representative, got in touch with the customer soon after learning about the customer’s needs. And sent the working video and pictures of the eps compactor to the customer. By comparing the parameters of the two models, the customer thinks that the SL-400 model is more suitable for him.

In the process of communication, we wasted some time with customers because of the problem with the freight agent. This is because the freight agent selected by the customer cannot be contacted at a critical moment. Finally, the customer chose our freight agent to help him deliver and transport goods.

After nearly half a month of communication, the customer ordered two eps foam compactors from our company.
